PARIS — In a dazzling display of skill and determination, Hong Kong swimmer Chan Yui-lam clinched a silver medal in the Women’s 100m Butterfly S14 event at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games, marking a historic achievement as the first medal for Hong Kong at these Games.
