The Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has announced the launch of the “Pinas Sarap: A Filipino Buffet in Celebration of Filipino Food Month” at Mistral Restaurant in Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16. The event, which began on April 1, invites locals, expatriates, and Overseas Filipinos to enjoy traditional Filipino cuisine throughout the month.
The buffet is available daily from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and features a variety of authentic dishes that highlight the rich culinary traditions of the Philippines. The event aims to bring the flavors of home to Filipinos living in Macau and Hong Kong, blending cultural experiences in this vibrant region.
“We invite everyone to join us throughout April to experience these mouth-watering offerings and celebrate Filipino food and culture,” a DTI spokesperson said.
