HONG KONG — The Filipino Bowling Club of Hong Kong (FBCHK) concluded its 2026 Open Invitational Tournament on Sunday, bringing together dozens of bowlers for an afternoon of competitive play at the SCAA Bowling Centre.

The tournament, held January 11 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., drew a diverse field of participants representing the vibrant Filipino bowling community in Hong Kong. The event showcased both competitive spirit and community camaraderie, with bowlers sporting team jerseys in the club’s signature red and blue colors.

The FBCHK Open serves as one of the organization’s flagship events, designed to promote the sport among Filipino expatriates and local bowling enthusiasts while fostering community connections through athletic competition.

Participants gathered for a group photograph following the tournament, with approximately 60-70 bowlers and supporters filling the lanes at the SCAA facility. The venue’s modern bowling center provided an ideal backdrop for the competition, featuring multiple lanes and digital scoring displays.

The Filipino Bowling Club of Hong Kong has been a fixture in the city’s recreational sports scene, organizing regular tournaments and league play throughout the year. The organization serves as both a competitive outlet and social hub for Filipino bowlers in the territory.
