McDonald’s is set to celebrate its 50th anniversary in Hong Kong with a spectacular concert featuring a lineup of beloved local artists, promising an unforgettable night for fans. The event, dubbed the “McDonald’s Hong Kong 50th Anniversary I’m Lovin’ It Music Concert,” will take place on July 5 at AsiaWorld-Expo.

The fast-food giant is bringing together stars who have become synonymous with its brand, including Eason Chan Yick-shun, the voice behind the iconic slogan “I’m Lovin’ It.” Joining him will be Nicholas Tse Ting-fung, renowned for his innovative burger creations themed “My Taste of Hong Kong.”

Other notable performers include popular figures such as Joey Yung Tso-yi and Hins Cheung King-hin, who participated in a recent campaign promoting a new line of dipping sauces. The comedic rap duo Softhard will also take the stage, adding a unique flavor to the celebration. Rounding out the lineup is MIRROR, the city’s sensational boy band, known for sparking a card-collecting craze among fans.

In a heartwarming twist, McDonald’s is integrating community spirit into the festivities. The concert will feature a ticket giveaway linked to charitable donations. From May 15 to June 15, users of the McDonald’s app can enter to win two tickets by donating HK$50 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong. While each participant can win only one prize, there are no limits on the number of donations, allowing fans to increase their chances of securing a coveted spot at the concert.

As anticipation builds for this milestone event, McDonald’s is not just celebrating its legacy in Hong Kong, but also its commitment to giving back to the community. With a stellar lineup and a charitable twist, this anniversary concert is poised to be a highlight of the summer, uniting fans in a joyful celebration of music, nostalgia, and community spirit.
