Disney Toy Story 5 tickets

HONG KONG — The Li Ka Shing Foundation and The Walt Disney Company have joined forces to offer more than 24,000 foreign domestic helpers complimentary screenings of Toy Story 5, the latest initiative in a partnership that has grown steadily over the past three years.

The screenings, which include free popcorn, drinks and a commemorative souvenir from Hong Kong Disneyland, will be held on four consecutive Sundays — Aug. 9, 16, 23 and 30 — across six Broadway Circuit cinemas in the city.

Participating venues include Broadway Tsuen Wan, MOViE MOViE Cityplaza in Taikoo Shing, GALA CINEMA at Langham Place in Mong Kok, B+ Cinema at apm in Kwun Tong, PALACE ifc in Central and MY CINEMA at YOHO MALL in Yuen Long.

The collaboration builds on an existing initiative through which the foundation and Disney have welcomed approximately 13,000 domestic helpers to Hong Kong Disneyland over the past three years.

Registration opened Tuesday at 9 p.m. via Klook or through a link on the Li Ka Shing Foundation’s official Facebook page. Participants select a preferred date, time and cinema before receiving a QR code for admission. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
