Hong Kong Police reported yesterday that they received a call at 9:06 am from the security guard that a woman was found lying on a platform of Tat Yan House, Po Tat Estate in Sau Mau Ping.
The police and ambulance arrived at the scene and immediately found the woman in an unconscious state. The woman was rushed to United Christian Hospital. In the hospital, the woman was confirmed dead.
After a preliminary investigation, the police said that it was believed that the woman had fallen from a flat at the above location.
Furthermore, after the initial investigation, the woman was identified as a 39-year-old Filipino working as a domestic worker. The police said that no suicide note was found at the scene and the cause of the death of the Filipino domestic worker is yet to be confirmed after the autopsy.
